1. REFUND POLICY
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind after making a purchase. Our refund policy allows you to return products under certain conditions. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
We will be happy to issue a refund for your purchase if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- The product received is different from what you ordered.
- The product is returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags attached.
3. NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact us: Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product showing the problem.
Return the item: After receiving approval for the return, pack the item securely. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund issuance: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
6. SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
